Who we are
Colorado Surgical Institute is not a dental school. Your care is provided by licensed dentists fromacross the country who come to Colorado to advance their surgical skills. Every procedure isperformed under the direct supervision of expert surgeons who teach at CSI.
Why treatment is discounted
Because this is a training program for licensed doctors (not students), we partner with local patientsso they can receive care at a lower cost while helping dentists learn advanced techniques.

CSI is a surgical training center where licensed dentists from across the country come to learn advanced procedures.
This is not a dental school, and you will never be treated by students.
All procedures are completed by licensed dentists with years of experience. Every case is directly supervised by our expert surgical mentors to ensure safety and quality.

We only perform surgical treatments:
- Free wisdom teeth extractions
- Discounted single dental implants
- Discounted full-arch implant cases
- Sinus lifts and supportive procedures
We do not perform cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, or other general dental services.
No. The X-ray appointment is only a free screening.
Your dental images are reviewed by our surgeons, and if you’re a good candidate, we schedule you for the next available training weekend.
Because treatments occur during specific live-training weekends, cases must be reviewed, matched to the right course, and assigned appropriately to doctors and mentors.
Yes. Every treatment is performed by a licensed doctor with a mentor present at all times. Our protocols follow strict safety standards just like specialty surgical centers.
Most patients hear back within 3–7 days after their X-ray. More complex cases may take a bit longer to review.

- Review your treatment plan and fees (if applicable)
- Give you available dates
- Prepare you for the procedure
Yes. We work with financing companies to make treatment more affordable. Many patients qualify for same-day approvals.
Yes. CSI does not replace your general dentist. We provide the surgical portion of your care, then you return to your dentist for ongoing cleanings and maintenance.
