Before you attend the live-patient surgical portion of the program you will be given access to virtual educational materials which will prepare you and your team on how to market for full arch cases. We will also cover how to secure solid financials on patients so you don’t get burned, and how to exceed patient expectations. You need to make sure all these systems are fine tuned in your business or you will never be able to meet patients who can afford the amazing surgeries that you are able to perform. There will also be a 2 hour live zoom call before the event, and we will be reviewing all the cases that you will be doing, and answering any questions on the curriculum.

Ranking System

Double Black Diamond Ex Terrain- Very Difficult

Black Diamond- Hard

Blue Square- Intermediate

Green Circle- Easy

  • Double Arch Surgery - This will be an “easier” more traditional full arch case and will allow someone with implant experience, but maybe no full-arch experience, to come in and have a very successful surgery.
  • Includes One block graft and a Sinus Lift - You will get to do at least one vertical approach using a sinus lift kit and PRP/membrane and allograft. You will also get one lateral approach with a large flap design, lateral window, elevation of the Schneiderian membrane, and utilization of PRP, membranes, allograft, and long lasting membranes to graft and close the sinus.
  • Full Digital Workflow - You do the surgery, then place the scan bodies and photometric dice, scan your own case with the medit and (I-Metric), design it with our on-site Exocad designer, print/wash/cure your own case on the Envision tech one 3d printer, add the composite pink gingiva, deliver it the next day with Rosen Screws, adjust occlusion with or without the Tek Scan, and you can truly see your case through from start to finish. This will hopefully be a completely assistant driven process in your office. We recommend that you bring a DA to this course. -- PLAN ON DELIVERING THESE 3D PRINTED ARCHES ON SUNDAY MORNING AROUND 10 AM.
  • Single implants (x5)- This will be at least 5 implants in healed sites with adequate bone. You will flap, place the implant, and suture.
  • SIMPLE/SURGICAL Extractions (x10)- These extractions will be straight forward with only a few obstacles. You will flap and suture for each extraction.
  • Single site bone grafting(x5)- At least 5 sites from the extractions you perform will be grafted with allograft. These will not be complex defects. We will give you several options of bone graft hydration, and several membrane options to choose from for site preservation. And again, you will be flapping and suturing ALL your cases.
Includes a choice between one block graft or one sinus lift

You will get to pick between an easy and a moderate level difficulty case. You will learn efficient strategies and techniques to place 5 implants in healed and/or immediate sites. All implants will be flapped and sutured.
All wisdom teeth will be partial or complete impactions. We will go over flap design, how to remove the adequate amount of bone, how to section the tooth appropriately, and how to suture or sometimes when not to suture these cases.
  • You will be doing placing scan bodies and photometric dice on the surgical patients or healed patients, scan the case with the medit and imetric, design it with our on-site Exocad designer, print/wash/cure your own case with the Envision tech one 3d printer, add the composite pink gingiva, and get to have a hands on experience of getting records for a full arch 3d printed resin temp using rosen screws. We highly recommend that you bring your dental assistants to this course.
  • You will learn from some of the best designers in the nation on how to implement this into your own office as soon as you go home.
  • You will get access and hand-on experience with the latest and greatest equipment available in the US.
Both Lateral Grafts will have large flap designs, lateral windows, elevation of the Schneiderian membranes, and utilization of PRP, membranes, allograft, and long lasting membranes to graft and close the sinus. You will likely be paired with another doctor.
You will get to take 2 vertebral bone block grafts and fixate them to the arch and graft them with allograft and pericardium. Or you will get to prepare a site for a lateral augmentation using autograft, allograft, fixation screws and membranes. You will learn how to significantly release the periosteum to close these large grafts.

You will get to observe the other doctors performing their procedures, and learn from the other doctors and instructors. You will get access to the virtual curriculum and all resources provided at the course.

One of the most crucial aspects to this entire process is training your team. They will make you efficient and more comfortable during these procedures. We will train them on how to set up and break down surgical rooms, how to assist you during complex surgical procedures, an we’ll introduce them to all of the amazing technology and procedures you’ll want to implement one day. A well trained team is one of the most important aspects to a thriving practice.

Now that you have the clinical confidence to complete full arch surgeries, the real question is how to find and convert patients.

We have partnered with All-On-Marketing and are excited to present the full arch surgery Patient Experience course.

During this two-day course your office manager, treatment coordinator, or marketing coordinator will learn how to create engaging marketing, manage and convert leads, problem solve financing, even present research on how what the doctor wears can influence treatment acceptance.

We’ll also include all the printed materials, workflows, and systems that your office will need to jump-start your implant program.

This course will coincide with a full arch implant course so your office manager, treatment coordinator, or marketing coordinator will have the opportunity to observe an implant surgery and most importantly, the prothetic delivery.

Revenue numbers

We know that having the surgical skills and repetitions are only half the battle when you are building a dental implant program.

When you leave this two day intensive you can expect to have all the surgical, financial, and marketing skills and information to start a complete full arch dental implant program in your office.
